Bay Broadcasting, the operator of Ireland’s Classic Hits Radio and Radio Nova, is seeking a talented Broadcast Journalist to join our dynamic news team.
We’re looking for someone with a strong broadcast voice, excellent writing and production skills, and proven radio newsroom experience. You’ll be passionate about news, have a sharp nose for a story, and stay across local, national, and international events around the clock.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience delivering and producing radio news bulletins.
- Demonstrate strong writing, editing, and interviewing skills.
- Be confident responding to breaking news and working under pressure.
- Understand libel, defamation, and broadcast regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts, including politicians, Gardaí, and community stakeholders.
