Group Media Finance Assistant
Looking for a new and exciting opportunity within a small friendly team? Now is the time to join us as we offer for the first time, the role of Group Media Finance Assistant. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller you will be based in Dublin 1 at the offices of Ireland’s Classic Hits Radio and Radio Nova, taking on our important AP and AR tasks, alongside supporting the FC.
You will work with close-knit teams based in Dublin and London, have strong communication skills to converse with our range of stakeholders and the ability to manage your time effectively. There will be further opportunity to expand your role and responsibilities as the work beds in.
A typical day will include AP/AR tasks such as invoice posting, account reconciliations, payment runs alongside assisting the Financial Controller with other ad hoc tasks as required across the group.
This role would suit someone who is Level 3 AAT qualified, or possibly part qualified ACCA/CIMA, and who is looking to make their mark in our team based in Dublin. We operate a hybrid working pattern.
Xero experience is desired, but not essential. However, a minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar busy role/area is essential.
